Privacy notice

What we collect

• When you send a request: your name, label, email, Instagram handle if you give it, your answers in the brief, file links and dates.
• If you subscribe: your email address.
• Your cart: kept in your own browser (local storage) until you send it. It never reaches us unless you do.
• Your past orders: your browser remembers that you’ve ordered, so you can see and change your orders when you come back. Clearing your browser’s site data removes this.

Why we use it

To reply to your request, deliver and invoice the work, and keep the records we need for tax. We don’t use it for advertising and we never sell it. We only email updates if you subscribe.

Who else sees it

• Freelancers working on your order, only what they need for it.
• Our payment provider, when you pay.
• The service providers that host the site, store orders and deliver our email.

Third-party content on these pages

Fonts load from Google Fonts. The video at the top of the shop shows a still image from YouTube, and loads YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player only when you press play. We don’t use tracking or advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

Requests that don’t become orders: deleted after 12 months. Orders and invoices: kept as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing inararecs@gmail.com. If you’re in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
